Negotiation Update
Negotiations have resumed, this time with the assistance of federal mediators at no additional cost to the district. Ground rules were established & it was agreed to meet on Mondays from 5:00-9:00ish. To preserve the integrity of the process, it was strongly suggested by the mediators that observers not be present at the actual sessions. This was agreed upon, though it was also determined that general information would be shared with membership without imposed restrictions. Also, there will be no video taping of sessions.
